SacroOccipital Technique (SOT)
SOT (Sacro Occipital Technique) is a system of chiropractic originally developed by Dr Major de Jarnette.
Best known for cranial work but also involving detailed analysis and corrections for the pelvis, extremities and the visceral system, SOT and SOT Cranial allow practitioners to knowledgeably analyse a patient's body to determine underlying spinal, cranial and organ-related problems. In use for over 70 years and still developing, the technique has helped thousands of practitioners expand the scope of their expertise and help patients the world over. SOT chiropractors understand the mechanics and neurology of the body in an organised and practical way.
SOT integrates easily and seamlessly with other chiropractic systems, so practitioners use several different techniques and approaches simultaneously to gather large amounts of information and then correct the underlying problem using highly effective, specific methods.
