My Story

Sarah regularly sees people who have tension in their back, neck and shoulders which causes pain and discomfort and often headaches. Massage can help break down the tension and relieve the pain and headaches. It is a great treatment for people sitting at desks all day, bent over a tablet or laptop, and for people suffering from repetitive strain injuries.

Sarah also has experience working with local athletes and has treated some of the world's top triathletes who visited the Island with Super League Triathlon for the last 3 years. Sarah started running when she was 23 and still runs and competes in triathlons regularly. A massage after events or after periods of heavy training helps clear out lactic acid, reduces muscle soreness and enables you to resume intense training more quickly. Massage can also enhance muscle flexibility and correct imbalances, thereby reducing the risk of injury and increasing your range of movement and mobility.

Many of Sarah's clients incorporate regular massage in their training plans when they are preparing for a marathon, triathlon or ironman events. As a member of Spartan Athletic Club, and the Jersey Triathlon Club and competing for both, Sarah understands how the body works and how important it is to look after yourself along the way. Listen to your body and get treatment along the way to help you get the best from yourself, speed up recovery and prevent injury.
