Clare has the relevant qualifications, experience and expertise to assess, diagnose and provide specific treatments to help you manage this chronic condition.
Clare is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and MLD UK.
My Story
Clare recently moved to Jersey, returning with her husband who originates from the Island. For the past 6 years she was employed as Clinical Lead in a busy Lymphoedema clinic in the UK.
Clare treats Lymphoedema and Lipoedema, both chronic conditions that can cause physical and psychological distress. As an Advanced Practitioner with extensive experience and training, she can provide the following treatments to a high standard:

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) - MLD is an advanced therapy, the relaxing effect of MLD masks the strength of the treatment itself. A gentle massage that improves the efficiency of the lymphatic system, reduces swelling, softening tissues and improving shape.

Kinesio Taping - Specialist techniques and application applied to improve lymphatic drainage and reduce swelling.

Measuring for suitable compression garments - Compression garments play a significant and important role in managing your condition, garments worn daily reduce oedema, prevent cellulitis, improve shape and soften tissues.
When not treating patients, Clare enjoys an active lifestyle and loves to walk, swim and do yoga. She loves the outdoor life in Jersey, and is particularly enjoying sea swimming in temperatures that are warmer than the north east coast of England!
